  Michael was absolutely fantastic! I called a few companies in that area to get an inspection done on anew property of mine. The tank was pumped shortly before the sale,... read more but every other company insisted that they needed to pump it themselves first, charge me for it, then charge me for the inspection. I called Michael, and he was able to get out there the next day and was fine doind the inspection without pumping. He gave me the option to dig up the lids myself, or proposed a very reasonable rate if $15 an hour if he had to do it. I chose to dig it up myself. However, when he arrived, I hadn't found the second lid yet. He just hopped in and helped me finish digging it up without ever asking for extra money (I gave him a cash tip out of gratitude). He did a thorough inspection and explained the Pirrana system to me. It sounds like a very unique and interesting way to care for your septic health. Though he did express that he believes most septic systems should have a Pirrana as a way to help expand their lifespans, he concluded that it's not a necessity in my case. "I don't want to sell you something you don't need" what a guy! He did suggest adding risers so that I would never need to dig up those lids again.
